Hybrid Fitteds have an outer layer of Cotton Lycra Print, hidden windpro, and then either a hidden layer of trim cotton and inner layer of Cotton Lycra or an inner layer of bamboo velour.

Insert is made of two petals, each petal is made of two inner layers of heavy bamboo fleece, and outer layers are either cotton lycra or bamboo velour. Combined the insert petals equal 8 absorbent layers. There is a lay in doubler that has two absorbent layers and then a layer of windpro fleece. This doubler is designed to be put in between the petals or on the bottom layer as another water resistant layer in the wet zone.

These fitteds can be used without a cover for a period of time as they have a layer of high quality windpro fleece inside that is very water resistant. However, to be fully waterproof, this HF does need a cover.
